At the moment I would have to say I'm soul searching--especially if not for my benefit but for the benefit of my . Other than that you can usually find me on the computer, reading a book, or figuring out a crossword puzzle. I love using my brain. I'm also a little on the shy side--I think this gives some people the wrong impression of me, (but my ever-talking out-going helps bring me out of my shell most times :). I also love art and the arts, and enjoy many different styles of music. There's a whole lot more to me--but then I'll probably be writing all day--so I suppose you'll just have to write to me and find out for yourself. :)
My Ideal Person
What am I looking for? This is another one of those I can write all day questions. I would have to say most of all is someone I can trust and depend on to be a good role model/father-figure etc. for my daughter--someone who understands that she is very important in my life and is not so selfish to feel he needs to come first in my life above her--someone who wants to be in a relationship with me AND WITH HER AS WELL. Sometimes it's hard to find someone willing to make these sacrifices in their relationship search. I am definitely searching for a man with a strong belief in God, (and with a sense of humor), as well as someone who is not judgemental and makes assumptions right away. Since I'm on the shy side I would also like to make friends with someone before I get involved in any "relationship".

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
This verse was given to me one Sunday from our associate's pastor's wife. She called me over to her and told me that God told her to share this verse with me. It is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." It is something I always try to remember when I'm really struggling.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
My daughter's father is not a Christian, and from previous experience in this relationship, I now understand "being unequally yoked" and the fact the we really didn't see eye-to-eye on most issues. This became a foundation for many of our arguments--and I don't wish my daughter to be raised in this type of disagreeable environment.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up right here in Easton, PA. I have traveled to several places--mostly just visits. I've been to NYC, Boston, Mass, Rhode Island, North Carolina, Smokey Mountains TN, and briefly walked the beach at Pensacola FL while helping with a vbs in Mississippi. My most memorable visit was to Paris, France, to visit Eurodisney with a couple of friends. (Too bad we saw more of Mickey then Paris. :)
