Finding a Church

Greetings! I have come to BigChurch out of a personal calling from God as part of my journey to learn more about God's word and to enhance my own spirituality. As part of this journey I am seeking the path to a house of God after many years of being away. Although I grew up in a church and attended regularly, I had gotten away from attending 'regular' church because of my disallusionment in organized religion and the hypocracy of some of those in the congregation. I now feel the calling to find a new church to return to help in my journey, to find like minded people to study and learn God's word thru the Bible AND to give back to God through personal contribution with his house. This group is about finding a church and what you have done or experienced in your own journeys...
