Women that seem to not take "no" for an answer 7/31/2005
Well first Id like to start by saying, isnt it annoying when
a woman sends you a message, along with their photo and your
not interested in the least. So we skip it and keep browsing
the ones we are interested in. Then she sends another message
and possibly another, doesnt this woman give up?? Well
guess what women are not trying to be annoying and obnoctious,
they are not stupid, they ...

Resisting Temptation 7/8/2005
Just got off the phone with someone I thought had been sent
as the man I'd been praying for. We became very close,
very fast. I had thought it was the Lord showing me from the
beginning that he was the one. Prayed, read the Word, things
were revealed by a Spirit, but I have to wonder if it was HIS
Spirit. Since then this man has fallen back into alcoholism.
With that the lying Spirit ...

seems simple enough...... 7/5/2005
but its not!!!!..Just saying No thanks? It seems to me that
people are alot more brazen and rude on the net then if you
were to meet them in person. I have never had problems in
a public social setting when I say "no thanks".
I have never had the need for an IGNORE button while in public.

Avoiding Temptation 6/27/2005
Temptation is something that we all, at one point or time,
encounter. As you know, Jesus was tempted also while here
on earth. To be tempted IS NOT sinful. However, it IS sin
when we ACT on that temptation. There are many different
areas that we can be tempted in. When we are tempted, it is
SO IMPORTANT to realize what it is, and to act accordingly.
Shall we look at some scripture that ...

What about STD's? 6/12/2005
What about genital herpes? (or any other std for that matter)
As Christians and plain human beings, how are we to handle
finding someone that is a great person, loves the Lord,
could be a great mate for you, but not by their own fault had
contracted genital herpes? Do you go ahead and marry them
if it calls for it in the relationship, or should you not
consider that person to be your ...

Never Quit 3/25/2005
Never Quit
I have discovered that success in life is about taking one
more step towards it. To succeed we must decide from the
start never to quit in our pursuits of the good of the universe.
It was Dolly Parton who said, “I never stopped trying and
I never tried stopping.” This should be our attitude too.

Do not quit now. I believe that right ...

Honesty is the best policy 3/23/2005
Especially when it deals with someone's emotions.
Telling someone "no thanks" early on is a blessing
in comparison to letting them think there might be a chance
and then breaking their heart.

VICTORIOUS JOY 1/10/2005
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in
prayer.” - Romans 12:12
VICTORIOUS JOY
How can we keep our circumstances from determining our
mood? How can we emancipate ourselves from the limitations
that life deals us? The last in the trio of commandments
opens the door for the other two to be true -- we can rejoice
in hope and we can be ...
