First dates for many people are quite nerve wrecking. I
find that one should spend a lot of time getting to know the
person through emails and telephone conversation prior
to making an actual person to person date.

Why are we so nervous? 1/10/2007
Okay so here's the deal. The first date, your stomach
is in knots you cant sleep the night before and you change
