Suggestions for family giving items :

* Bake a gift of bread or cookies for an elderly
neighbour.
* Visit a nursing home.
* Find out who needs a ride to Church and make a
commitment to pick them up on Sunay.
* Find out who lives alone in your neighbourhood?
Pay them a visit, invite them to dinner.
* Prepare a meal for someone who is sick or shut
in.
* Offer to baby-sit younger in your
neighbourhood so their parents can have a
night out.
* Tell your pastor about his special good
qualities.
* Ask your parish priest if there are little jobs
that need to be done around the church and
offer your services.
* Find out if someone in your parish needs
some 'handyman' help and spend and evening or
Saturday providing service.
* Adopt a grandmother or grandfather or both.
* Become a foster family, Big Brother or Big
Sister to who need the love that
your family can give.
* Pat each other on the back for being such
tremendous givers.

Holy Mary, Mother of Jesus,
you have given the world its true light,
Jesus, your - the of God.

You abandoned yourself completely to God's call
and thus became a wellspring
of the goodness which flows forth from Him.

Show us Jesus.
Lead us to Him.
Teach us to know and love Him,

So that we too can become capable of true love
and be fountains of living water
in the midst of a thirsting world.

Given in Rome, at Saint Peter's, on 25 December, the Solemnity of the Nativity of the Lord, in the year 2005.

How would your this Christmas prayer be?
So that we can be a better follower of Christ.

All Souls Day

All Souls Day, second day of every November, church made it a day to remember all our departed loved ones and call us to continue to pray for them hoping that God will have mercy over them.

We also need to reflect our direction in life, so that we will be with God in heaven at the end of our life on earth, death is not end of the life but the beginning of the eternal life...

In John 6:37-40
All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day.

For my Father's will is that everyone who looks to the and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day."

Amen.

Hi!
Visiting Jerusalem is one of my biggest dreams in life, to search, to see and to experience the passion of Christ 2000 years ago...

Is anyone out there has been to Jerusalem before and can you share your experience with me here?

Thanks.

Something to share with you and I hope it is useful in our daily Christian life, fellowship and ministry.

Punctuality
Try to be punctual to every Mass, service, prayer meeting or fellowship.
Don't ever think that it is o.k if we go a bit later or purposely to be late and let others waiting !

Commitment
Try to make it or make the effort to make it to something we promised to do and will do.

Accountability
Accountable, give an explanation to what we do to God and others, not only to God and to others as well.
A good example is if we can't make it for the prayer meeting, we should have the courtesy to inform others that we can't make it for this time and the reason.

Integrity
Being honest, say what we mean and mean what we say, if we say "yes" then keep the promise to do it.
Let our word reflect we are the person whom can be trusted and respected by others.

Responsibility
Being responsible for something which is given to us, finished whatever tasks that have been given to us and do it as best as we can, to finish it on time and be faithful to it as long as our service is still needed.

Say " God Bless "
If we have been touched by someone kindness which we can't repay them by money.
One of my favorite saying is "Thank you and God Bless you!" The reason is to encourage them to continue to do this good deed to others. We shall learn to Bless people like them and I believe God will Bless us if we do not selfish to Bless others.

Finally, one of the greatest evangelized tools to witness in this present world is We must United as One, learn to care for one another, others may see who is our Father in heaven and draw others to Him.

God Bless
