Words about Jesus I wrote for a DVD for Church These words have pictures to go with them and music but the words are nice and I thought I would share them with all. As a baby u took protection under your parents As a you craved knowledge As a teenage you thrived to acquire a status You made friends, shared miracles and built lifelong friendship bridges. You took your first steps of freedom to seek knowledge in a foreign land. As a fully fledged Christian You become my treasure A mentor and one’s lifelong partner. You stand on your own you’ve become responsible you’ve lived a life that only others thrive to try or wish to have. Your word soothes an aching heart and you JESUS like ‘lotion’ brings comfort and security. Your words are an angelic vision a true reflection of your purity and innocence. I’ve searched high and low to find GOD In you I’ve found friendship I found truth I found reason to anticipate coming home I found love You grew from a baby into an incredible person. We have grown we’ve learnt we’ve loved We’ve been loved and we have cried You’ve made our house a home Until we buy dentures and trip the youth with our canes I will stand by you You’ve become not a friend, My confidante, my consultant but my REDEEMER Blood couldn’t make us closer I love you deeply and truly and am honoured to say you a priceless treasure LORD JESUS Togetherness until the last breath. Not Forgotten Thank you for saving Me 1 Corinthians 13 vs4-8 Love is patient, love is kind….it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails
