Prayer
It is not good just to make requests for ourselves and ignore the needs of others, especially God as I like to give Him all the praise he deserves first then others then myself. God delights to bless us with material things, but He loves to give them to those who seek first his Kingdom (Matt. 6.33). And even then He hives according to our need rather than our wants.
Wed 10th Oct
Lord Jesus Christ,help me be clear that praying in Your name is not attaching Your name to what I want but seeking to discover what is right. This is a prayer I know without doubt I can ask
in Your name. Amen.

 I love that you said "gaze" brother. When my mom passed recently- she opened her eyes and "gazed" three times. For wahtever reason your post this morning reminded me of that. That's exactly what she did.

 Sat 23rd
My father and my God,help me not to miss this thought that to the measure I gaze on You to the measure I will reflect You. Help me to gaze on you, not just glance at You. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Sunday 24th Sept
Father, help me to stay still before You,"the object of my adoring love", so that not only will I reflect You but be transformed by You.
In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
