Hi may,

I'm guessing this sister is a Christian sister and not a sibling? Offences will always happen now and then. When I'm feeling offended I have sit back and ask myself, "Why am I offended, what is making me offendable?" Is it my pride that was hurt? Is it an idol I am unconsciously holding like a philosophy or belief that was now confronted?" I don't always analyse myself before I react but it's helpful to reflect on my own reaction even to a legitimate offence. If anyone had a right to be offended Jesus did, He always gave the right response. I'm hoping I can too when that kind of pressure is placed on me.

However if it ever is an issue of doctrine then doctrine will divide and should. If someone is obviously saying the Bible says something it doesn't and will not be corrected then one must leave that person and not be seen in any way to be agreeing with them.

Of course I don't know all the things said but I hope you can sort it out with prayer and kindness.

God bless

Judgement Day will be interesting.
