i closed my chase accounts by mail

Chase also gives you the option to close your account by mail. Obtain the account closing form like most of chase’s links, this one does NOT work, from Chase's website.

Provide your name, account number, phone number, and address where any remaining balance is to be mailed. Sign the form, print your name and mail to National Bank By Mail, P.O. Box 36520, Louisville, KY 40233-6520. For courier or expedited delivery, send to National Bank By Mail, Mail Code KY1-0900, 416 West Jefferson, Floor L1, Louisville, KY, 40202-3202.

Close my savings and checking accounts and transfer all the money to my credit karma spend account. Spend account Routing number
