i have tried EVERYTHING i can to get an illinois marijuana card?
i have tried apply the medical cannabis of illinois.gov online, and i have emailed them a million times. i have sent them the forms in the mail, and i have paid them by quick from my ban i have emailed a BUNCH of different dispenseries, but NOBODY answers
