constant ragging via email pays off

i have made a habit (addiction) of complaining through the internet, lately with this covid19 stay at home thing, it has become my salvation. ragging is something i do well and it is something to do while i am stuck at home.

i have made it a practice to complain about NOT getting my meds thru humana, and eventually they gave me my own personal person and i have been getting my meds EVERY month. That personal person has moved to another job since, but i supposedly have someone new to turn to.

my latest complain campaign just paid off today; i have been complaining to irestore about the hair helmet they sold me for $1G. it started to malfunction and their response was delayed and then they blamed something i was doing wrong and when i asked for my money back (per their money back guarantee), they used EVERY trick in the book to get out of it.

i bought it through american express, and complained a LOT to them, and amazon, and complained a LOT to them, and i got my $1G returned to my amex this morning! YAY!

part of the rigmarole that they have put me through involved how to return the helmet, which has STILL not happened.
