i have been fighting with humana SO long, i don't know how NOT to be angry

I have been fighting with my insurer (humana) every month to get my meds (aubagio).

this month I have NOT gotten my needed meds since last week Thursday.

I FINALLY got someone at humana to answer me and I have given them hell.

I am *supposed* to get my rx tomorrow. I claimed that I fell down from NOT getting them for a week and am trying to sue them.

I have been writing medicare and the manufacture of aubagio and anyone that will listen. I have been SO angry about this, that I don't know how to stop.

HUMANA is NOT human.

I have ms, I am on federal disability for the ms for 10 years now. It is not some exotic disease that needs some exotic rx, I need ONLY aubagio, ONCE a day. (forever)

It is NOT that complicated.

I need other rx’s but I am afraid to use humana pharmacy because they mess up the aubagio SO badly EVERY month.

PLEASE SEND MY MONTHLY RX OF AUBAGIO AT THE SAME TIME EVERY MONTH TO CHICAGO, IL 60XXXX. It is not that hard!

I CAN NOT TALK ON THE PHONE. I have a LOT of anxiety due to the MS and waiting on the phone makes me sicker.

I ordered aubagiio from humana on 9/15, and the ONLY notification I got from humana was the email that it was on it’s way.

I STILL don’t have my aubagio! They told me I would get it tomorrow. (yeah sure). I FELL down last Thursday night due to imbalance caused by the lack of taking aubagio.

HELP ME!!!!

I have more documentation of these claims!!!

 Aww... hugs to you. I have high blood pressure and I must watch falling too. I actually fell the other day, I have a shiner on my left eye and my tailbone hurts. RockyG, I don't even know what I hit, presumably the doorframe in our hallway! All I know is that at my tender age, I must take blood pressure and cholesterol meds. I try to do whatever I need to do in the a.m., and take it easy as much as I can for the rest of the day. Thank God my partner understands and he has provided for me. Try not to get all shook up, it can only exacerbate the problem. God bless, you aren't the only one going through health issues, and hopefully that's of some consolation for you, that someone here does understand and cares.

 there is NO healing for ms, only medication
