best buy strikes again (they STINK) i bought an a/c at best B U Y even though i HATE B E S T B U Y, because they were the only ones who offers installation. i wrote the following to best B U Y BEFORE i bought ANYTHING: i am trying to something from you online!!! i have a credit card , but NO brain i have had a LOTTA trouble with best B U Y in the past, i can NOT talk on the phone!! I am interested in the Frigidaire FFRA05R1E 5, 000 BTU 1V Window-Mounted Mini-Compact Air Conditioner with Mechanical Controls and have it installed in my apartment xxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx. i have it in my cart online and installation too. can I get it installed as well as delivered? I have aluminum windows. I need it well supported. i can for both but i NEED reassurance someone is taking care of me. the last time I dealt with best you guys took my computer from me! i have had a LOTTA trouble with best in the past, i can NOT talk on the phone!! I NEED SOMEONE TO OVERSEE THIS TRANSACTION. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO BEST BEFORE they sent two installers who said they could NOT modify anything and STOLE the a/c unit they were supposed to install. i TRIED to stop them but they took it anyway. the installers totally bent my aluminum windows and they did NOT do anything. best B U Y STUCKS  I GOT MY BACK AND I HAVE BEEN ARGUING WITH THEM FOR MORE THAN .
