more problems with sherman dodge


i have never purchased a new car before.

when i cam to sherman and bought a brand new 2018 jeep wrangler i was very proud (for a VERY short time).

there should be a law against treating a customer this way.
i bought the jeep in late winter and i tried to turn on the AC today, and there was NOTHING!!

that aint right.
i have gotten a reputation as a complainer with sherman, and admit that i am a bit of a complainer, but my experience with sherman has been less than pleasant. you should not spend as much as this jeep and get robbed like this.
there should be a law against treating a customer this way.

i will write to the lemon law people and see if they will help me.

i have MS and a LOT of anxiety and my experience with sherman had made me sicker.

Dear AM Express,
I purchased a NEW 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL from Shermer Dodge in winter of 2019. I told the salesman, Dariusz Witek EMPHATICALLY to never share my phone with ANYONE. I received a phone EVERY from sales people trying to other stuff. This started a HUGE phone and email war with darius and Sherman for MONTHS until it FINALLY stopped.
I also asked Darius for an extra key, and was NEVER told how to get another key.
I went into the shop in may and was pressured into buying a fob by mail ($0). I brought my original fob and key. The fob and key came later in may , the key worked, but the fob did not.
I WILL NOT FOR THIS UNWORKING FOB, PLEASE REFUND MY AMEX IN FULL!

I din't want the WHOLE fob thing, I only wanted a duplicate key. but you MADE order the WHOLE thing (and for it) and the fob does NOT work.

the key works fine, but when I go to start the car, it says the fob is NOT detected and won't start???

PLEASE tell I don't have to go there again!!!??
I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!!

NONE OF THESE EMAILS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED BY SHERMAN!!!
