Dear amazon
I wrote you emails that were NOT answered?
I had a roku and prime video stopped working
i bought an amazon fire tv recently. Roku would not answer my problems. I THOUGHT i was an amazon prime member? how long is amazon video free? What happens after that? am I REALLY an amazon prime member?

I am not receiving any error messages, just when I go to prime video it just will NOT go there.

this started happening EXACTLY when my free hbo trial ended. I had been watching the supranos UNTIL then.

I HAD prime video before then, it was part of my amazon prime membership.

I am sick and can not talk on the phone
