rant to humana specialty pharmacy


I think that you have finally sent me my meds, after hours of useless pain. Much of which has been inflicted needlessly by your organization. I do not have the meds YET, but I think you sent them to my pharmacy.

I have been trying to order a refill since December, I have been trying to order it through you since the new year. It has been a LONG trial of useless phone calls and letters.

I am on federal disability due to MS. I take aubagio daily. I have a LOT of anxiety due to the disease, and it has cause me a LOT of anxiety to deal with you.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE IT GO ON EVERY MONTH. REFILL MY RX QUICKLY WITHOUT UNDUE WAIT ON THE PHONE.

The battery on my phone ONLY lasts so long. I have been put on hold until I run out of battery. I have been asked the same questions OVER and OVER, and people have hung up on me. Did I mention that I have a LOT of anxiety due to MS? The continual phone calls have cost me a LOT of pain.
