Facing Another Monday

"People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily." -- Zig Ziglar

Here we are facing another Monday. How about a list of ten motivators to help you get ahead this week?

10. Laugh and smile as much as you can: It's a proven fact that smiling and laughing can improve your mood, and the moods of those around you. Laughter really is the best medicine.

9. Tell someone you love them: Time is fleeting. Let those you love know how you feel today.

8. Do something special for yourself: We often overlook ourselves in the rush of modern life. Even if it's only stopping a moment to have a nice piece of chocolate, be good to yourself.

7. Do something for someone else: We are at our best when we help others. Reach out to someone you don't know and do them a kindness.

6. Learn something new: Our brains are hardwired to learn. Learning something new every day is a great habit to get into. It keeps your mind healthy and young.

5. Do something you've been putting off: Stop procrastinating and get the job done. You'll feel so much better that you did.

4. Reject negativity: Don't let negative thoughts and energy enter into your day.

3. Eat only healthy food: Do your mind and body a favor by eating plenty of veggies, fruits, and lean meats as well as drinking lots of water.

2. Create a plan of action for the rest of the week: If you have a game plan for the week ahead, you'll be more productive and happy.

1. Put 100% of yourself into everything you do: Idle hands, they say, are the devil's workshop. Give your all to everything you do this week and it will pay off by restful and satisfying sleep.

Sadly, you're very negative yet again. Why?
