The wind is gusting here on my tiny island of Whidbey, and the rain is coming down sideways. There's a large pot of three-bean chili simmering on the stove. It's official. Fall is here.

 The rain is still pattering down and the chili turned out awesome. I'm not sure if it's the best I've ever made, or it' just me being all high and joyous that Fall is here. LOL
