The Millenial Reign.

The Milleinial Reign.

Some brothers and sisters believe that the Lord Christ will come and rule over the world for a thousand years.

They support their view by the verse in the Revelation which says , " Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven , having the key to bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand . He laid hold of the dragon , that serpent of the old , who is the devil and Satan , and bound him for a thousand years ; and he cast him into the bottomless pit , and shut him up , and set a seal on him , so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished .
But after these things he must be released for a little while"
( Rev.20-10)

They believe that these thousand years will be years of peace according to the prophecy of Isaiah the prophet ,

"The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb , the leopard shall lie down with the Young goat ....... the nursing shall play by the cobra's hole , and the weaned shall put his hand in the viper's den.......They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain , for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord...."
( Isa. 11:6-9)

and , " ... they shall beat their swords into plowshares , and their spears into pruning hooks , nations shall not lift up sword against nation , neither shall they learn war anymore "
( Isa.2:4)

I do believe that the Lord Jesus Christ's Second coming will be for judgment.

I have my refutations.

Any comment ?!

Just a simple comment. I remember these verses.

Jn 21:20 Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?
Jn 21:21 Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?
Jn 21:22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

What do those verses have to do with this post?
Jesus bascially said, "Follow Me."

And minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, we should follow Him and not worry about what will be.
For what will be is in His Hands.

Basically, follow our path in Christ and not worry about what will happen to "him".

Jesus said, "Follow me" and in Faith we have to walk not knowing where we are going.

We have to follow the command that He gave to the Apostles.
Mt 4:18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
Mt 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

Mt 8:22 But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.
Mk 2:14 And as he passed by, he saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the receipt of custom, and said unto him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.

Just a simple comment, but very deep. Follow Jesus.
