the spanish room.

many times i have went into the spanish room hoping that i would be treated nicely but it never happens.i tell them that i have a language barrier and yet they act like they dont even care.now god says we are to care for each other but they need to show it by translating for me into english what they are saying so that i can understand them but they wont do it.can someone out there tell me why?
