Each Day's Trouble

People probably wish each day was trouble free. But, Jesus said that this is not so. In Matthew 6:34 Jesus says that each day has its own trouble. The point is we need not borrow from tomorrow more worry for today, as tomorrow will have its own slated portion of worry for us. We can only live one day at a time.

Jesus does not answer the why question as to the reason we have, in general, to endure trouble each day. Other places in the new testament speaks to this as our transformation, and growth in spirit. It is obvious we are separated from the Lord or we would not have trouble in our life. The presence of trouble is proof positive of our disconnect in some degree from Him.

WE experience frustration, annoyance, and stress every day from many places. Again, Job 5 says that as surely as the sparks fly upward so man is as surely born to trouble. This is our lot in life. The question remains, but why? It is not unusual to have daily frustrations, annoyances, and stress, but again the scripture hints that our life is not random, or accidental, or subject to bad luck. From a higher perspective there is an individual purpose organization giving us opportunity event by event to transform.

How then do we transform? Again, the scripture hints that if we do not get mad about the trouble or succumb to it but resist it, we will be given freedom and power to deal with it. Faith is the way of success in dealing with our individual transformation. If we really believe scripture that the Lord knows us minutely, that each day is designed in the smallest details for our personal spiritual renewal, then we can forgo our inclination to blow up, succumb to stressful events, and then experience the devil fleeing from us. The Bible says the devil is behind all this trouble and our cooperation has made us culpable or responsible. In my opinion, much of this is not understandable in our world but only from a higher perspective of the spiritual world.
