Hi Rosaceae. Looking at previous comment and another comment made at another post, I think "Abiding" might be something to lookdeeper into. I think we often discuss negative things and people in here. Or someone tries to tell others what to think and believe. Sharing and growing seems to me to be the important thing. We all have something to add to the cooking pot, so why don't we all add and then make a nice stew? Remember nobody is perfect except from the Lord and he'll take care of the rest. Well, some people really likes it when they can point fingers at others saying at least they are better..... Like the self-righteous man in the Temple.... The "pothead" posting here isn't destroying anything. He more likely seems to be a part of the entertainment getting a lot of comments. Lot of visitors. Pointing fingers making assumptions from watching others or even suggesting to start a discussion about what others do and say/do not and say not is empty talk and a real waste of time. It's no better than all the fights going on here.... The amount of answers and suggestions made at this post tells a lot about the members and how serious they are about making this Blogland into a place worth visiting . And finally I don't recall anywhere in the Bible telling us to be the judge of our fellow man . But I recall several places in the Bible telling us to take good care of the widows and orphans and others who need a helping hand. So shouldn't we just start there and then drop all the crap....? Hi Jog. You are really dealing in assumptions, but you are still young and will grow older. If you cared to read and understand what I wrote above, you would also understand it's not a matter condoning or not. Nor does hollow holy preaching change anything. You are proud you quit drugs, and now you are obviously adicted to be the guardian of morality and what looks right in your own eyes. But you see, God is the one knowing our hearts and our hidden deeds. He see our pride and our low self-esteem. He know the reason why we still point fingers at others thinking at least I'm better; at least I didn't do THAT! You are not changing anything by what you say and write. You are not building anything good, or adding anything worth to know or read. I think you should study "abiding" to learn when to talk and write and when not. We are all sinners which we can't change. Only one can set us free as He already won victory and paid our debt so we would go free.
