Parents do not put your above your spouce

What is your opinion on scripture
that confirms the order relationships.
The bible confirms we are to give importance in this order:

God
Husband and Wife

Christian Family
Family
Friends

I find many people do not practive these biblical principals:

"leave and cleave"
"two shall become one"
"let no one stand between you"

Why do parents put their above their mate?
When God says not to.
I believe this applies to second marriages.
Would you expect your grown
to put their parents above their spouce?
No.
