PC PROBLEMS

Can anybody tell me how i can fix my start up and registry problems as well as Active x issues as well without having to format my hard drive. ,,am getting system crashes

it would help if you describe those system crashes. Part of the problem can be your antivirus, spyware, or the amount of Ram memory on your pc chip (s). if you have more than 128 Ram get an antispyware program from the pc store. I formatted mine but this time i had a registry cleaner and figured out that the antivirus program slows down everything. after you do the above without formatting download firefox and you won't have to worry about active x, unless you follow the steps for getting flash player first. IE internet explorer doesn't work well with flash player so that's why i say download firefox because firefox may already have flash player with it or u can download flash with firefox and it will remain there.

Try defragmenting the hard drive first, then go from there.
