EMPOWER AND EQUIP.
The difference between borrowed and what is rightfully yours is that which God has given to us is rightfully ours through what Jesus did for us on the cross and also what He did when He went into the depth of the earth and took back the keys off the devil.
Throughout our Christian walk God destines us for many things and it was His desire for you to share in that right full inheritance that He has given to us, when you borrow something it is for a given amount of time that is agreed by two parties, the giver and the borrower, so the borrower becomes like as a servant to the giver and if that particular thing becomes lost or damaged then it is on the borrower th either replace it or pay to get it fixed.
Our lives are not our own, they are given by God and God has given to us a given number of years to live our lives, He knows the length of days and years we all have and has given us a choice on how we choose to live out those years, for our own pleasure or at His pleasure, therefore we are his servants.
When i pray for somebody i often pray the same as my pastor prays at first and then how the Holy spirit leads me, and as i am praying the Holy spirit reveals things to me and i pray accordingly.
The gifts God gives to us are ours by right and we need to claim them as an inherit ant right, The devil comes to kill,rob and steal and will stand there and accuse and throw doubts in our direction.
Maybe you are in a situation where for some time you feel you have been going through a dry patch, the people you have been praying for are not being healed or are not finding deliverance and you feel you want to shy away from that gift that you have as a result of that, you cannot connect with God in your prayer time and things that happen throughout the day tend to frustrate you whereas before you would have the peace of God about you helping you pass through it.
There is a spiritual war waging in the heavens all the time and it is the same with us as well,ours is not a war of flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of the devil and in the same way that God wants us to take hold and tear down, the devil is also doing the same as well, Heaven suffers violence as a result of this and we also need to be violent against the works of the devil also and not wait for him to take the war to us but to take back that which the devil seeks to steal from us.
The way to true victory over the devil is to submit to God first and He will give you the victory,
take back that which is yours by right,
claim the victory,
and you will bruise the serpents head.
