YEA BUTTS.....

I wanna see just how far we can take this one. I think Im gunna call it "Yea, but..."
So many times in the day we COMPLAIN and moan and groan about what we dont have and why the things that we DO have are not good enough.

*I have a car, yea, but it does not have AC

*I have a computer, yea, but it is so slow!

*I have a job, yea, but I do not get paid near enough.

*I have two beautiful healthy boys, yea, but they get on my nerves sometimes!

Get where Im going. So lately I have found myself yea butting.....in a positive way.

*My car does not have AC, yea, but at least I dont have to sit at the bus stop in the hot sun or wonder how Im going to get to work the next day.

*My computer is so slow, yea, but it is a wonderful tool and I get to write blogs on the BC website instead of watching trash on TV

*I do not get paid near enough at my job, yea,but at least I have a job and I learn something new everyday. It is rewarding at times

*My boys get on my last nerve on an hourly basis, yea, but they are beautiful healthy and give me reason to try and better myself.

So I wanna hear your "YEA, BUTTS"

WHAT???
I'm not allowed to call the cup half-empty anymore?

(grumble grumble)

Excellent Post, young lady. By the way, looking at the main message of your blog, I commend you for trying to do it God's way. It sucks sometimes, it really does, but He didn't promise us an easy path to walk, just that He would walk it with us, and it sounds to me like He is right by your side.

Be Blessed

I have holes in my kitchen floor and we don't have a stove or oven, BUT I have a home, a camp stove and a BBQ. We all eat well and are very blessed with what we have, Amen. Thanks Jessie, great post. Blessings xx

Awesome! I love this already. Great idea Jessi.

Here I go,,,,,,

I don't have a job, but I'm glad I qualyfied for unemployment insurance. I don't get much, but at least it's better than nothing. I've had five interviews already and none of those employers has offered me a job but
I know that God has something way better for me.

There is still more but I gotta go because nature is calling!

Hi Jessie!!

I actually started doing this about a year ago too. Someone said to me "If I were you, with all you've been through, Id be in a rubber room banging my head against a wall!"

I survived because I used the right "Yea, buts..."

Yea, I lost my job, but it gave me time and permission to stay home with my kids and be with them

Yea, I got hit by a car but it didnt kill me when it should have!

Yea, my health got bad for a while but it put me on a great path of eating and exercise.

Yea, my house is falling apart, but I have a house.

Yea, my life fell apart - but through my pain, I reached out to Jesus and WAS SAVED!!!

God bless you, girl
