HELADO DE REGALIZ
30 gr de regaliz puro, en caramelos
200 gr de leche
120 gr de azúcar
250 gr de nata
2 cucharadas de coñac

Deshacer el regaliz al baño maría, con la leche y el azúcar. Dejar enfriar, añadir la nata y el coñac y meter los ingredientes en la heladera.
Si no se tiene heladera, procurar ir sacandolo del congelador, batir un poco para romper los cristales de hielo.
