Why are women so complicated? The answer, really, is quite simple - God made them that way! Surprise!  In the story of creation where God creates 2 special creatures, man and woman, there is something beautiful in the original language that our translations miss. What happened when God created Adam is something far more than a 1st grade Sunday school lesson. But this is about Eve here, not Adam. In the book "Men are like waffles, women are like Spaghetti", the author says women are like spaghetti because every strand of one piece of spaghetti is touching every other strand on your plate whereas men are like waffles in that we have compartments, pockets, separate from each other. If you study the section where the Lord creates Eve, you will see that God took an extended amount of time and "built" woman, intricately weaving her fiber into a luxurious tapestry. So men, the next time you cannot figure out your woman, remember that when she is talking, she is bringing EVERYTHING to the table for discussion. Everything, for her, is connected in some way or another to everything else. DISCLAIMER: This is my opinion, and mine alone. Thank you Susan. I tried clicking on "respond" but nothing happened. Well, that was true up until a couple of minutes ago when I did "respond" to another posting. Oh, well, I'll get it eventually. For some reason (known only to BC  ) I can't respond to individual postings. Rawwwwr, soJoybells you don't think I'm a man too??? lol Oceanblue, please don't give up on us.....at least not for a while Susan, imagine a scenario where a husband opens his side of the closet and says, "I have nothing to wear!" Then the wife opens the closet and says, "I have nothing to wear!" They both did, and said, exactly the same thing. However the wife means I have nothing NEW to wear and the husband means I have nothing CLEAN  to wear. I think we are each God's practical joke on each other. And heartforedjehu, Just when I think I've got it, I lose it again....now where did I put my glasses, oh here they are! on my nose!!!!  All I ever wanted to be was someone's knight in shining armour (that's The Canadian spelling lol) but I keep falling off the dumb horse. I don't know if it is the horse, the saddle, the armor or me.......well, maybe I do know the answer after all............IT'S THE DUMB HORSE  So, gals, I'm depending on you to help me keep this (aspiring) knight on his dumb horse....and help me uncomplicate you, K? Thanks for your encouragment as I venture into blogland. Do I have the co-ordinates correct - 115 degrees 12 minutes south, by 194 degrees 35 minutes west?? Welcome to blogland.....hope you enjoy your stay here!! Lovely picture....I truly adore the water!! This is sort of odd.....and I must thank you....because you've been able to answer an immediate situation concerning male behavior for me!! I do thank you very much for that. Your waffle analogy tied in with compartments and parts explains it to a T!!! Guessing men do not attribute one occurrence with another is why they behave as they do.....it makes much sense in being able to better understand men. You're post is really, really quite helpful.....now all I need do is determine whether or not I'll have anything to do with men!!!
