Where to begin???

Well, I, among thousands, perhaps millions, others, find myself in the precarious position of waking up alone this morning.

An odd feeling, after spending so many years with a house full, and so many things to do on a Saturday morning. I woke up to so much silence, so much peace, and the bliss of my new found serentiy.

It is snowing oh so softly outside this morning, and the house is so quiet.

I've made myself some breakfast, and egg and an english muffin, with a tall glass of milk.

Now I get to decide, what can I do with this blank slate of a day.

I find myself wishing that my were home, filling my day with purpose, but also cherishing the blissful silence that I find myself enveloped in this morning.

Thank God the grief is gone, the acceptance has moved in, and I can see the simple beauty of a quiet Saturday Morning.

I think I might just make some tea, and stare out the window as I watch God refresh world.
